Mesa Arts Academy is a great place to work. Teachers and staff have a say in decisions and instruction. You will work with a team to ensure your success, the student’s success and the school’s success. The school wants the staff to grow and develop as professionals and will provide you with the training to succeed.
Students are creative. Parents are supportive. Many of our graduates end up as teachers. Students who grow up, have kids, and then enroll their own children.

We currently are accepting applications for teachers and staff. We do have a few openings right now. Even when there are not open applications, we do accept resumes. We are always hiring for substitute teachers or substitute staff.
All of our teachers- Academic and Arts are full-time. For aids, those are part-time. Occasionally we have a part-time art teacher.
